?         Led Buffalo Bills to four straight Super Bowls and six AFC East titles.

?         Awarded NFL's Coach of the Year in 1988 and 1995.

?         10th winningest coach of all-time with 154 victories

?         Winningest coach in Buffalo Bills History with 123 victories.

?         Only coach in NFL history to lead his team to 4 straight Super Bowl Appearances.

?         Elected into Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2001.

?         Elected to the Buffalo Bills Wall of Fame.

?         Elected to the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame.

?         Served as spokesman for the Literacy Volunteers and United Way

?         Honorary board member of the Roswell-Park Cancer Alliance.
